What I love about SmugMug: It is best way for me to share my photos not to mention sell them. How is it the best? Easy to use, customize, nicenames, keywords, support heros, a company that listens to customers, smugs, and great partners for printing.

What I love about Smugmug: They teamed up with shootdotedit. Goodbye Pictage.

This is my first site that I can sell from and I was so please at how easy it was to startup and also with the quality of prints that my customers receive. The best feature for me in workflow is the ability to upload from Picasa that is awesome.

I really could use the customization however……..

I love SmugMug for many reasons. Number one is their customer service. Their response time, ability to solve problems quickly… they ROCK. They have so many options for us to chose from.. from themes, to selling, to showcasing… SMug is the place for me.

What I love about SmugMug – originally it was the unlimited bandwidth and storage. As of late it has been their drive to continually improve the product and build the brand.

I love Smug Mugs super easy interface, dozens of design options, secure photos, and super large viewing abilities!

I love smugmug for:
Easy to upload my pics, clients can order my print without me setup a credit card service. I can customize my pricing to different clients, you can setup a password for those private clients view. Customer service a great too.

There are so many reasons I love Smugmug.
1.So many choices for easy upload of my images.
2.Great customer service (that I’ve never really needed).
3.People can order prints right from the page.
4.Privacy for sensetive folders (customers, etc.)
5.The fantastic Smugs that they support!

However, I really do need help with the customization.

I love the ability to capture the vibrant soul of a situation, whether happy or sad, fast or slow moving, photography provides a connection to people or places that can invoke pure emotion and an intense connection with the moment. I have been looking at SnugMug to extend that connection, and love that their service and offerings fit so well with our local photography community that is so collaborative and focused on giving back.

I love smugmug because of its integration with Lightroom and the ability to customize my website so it doesn’t look like every other website.

I love the fact that you can interact with the folks at Smugmug in various ways, and they respond to you. Well, they will no matter what via their help email, but their interactions in forums is a huge plus I think.

In addition to that, the service is very customizable, even if it may cause some headaches getting there. You can easily share openly, or share privately with the choices you have. And Don is pretty open on the tech side of things with Smugmug.

For the most part, I think I might be a customer for life.

What do I love about SmugMug? I love having a quality, beautiful, ad-free space to share my photography for an affordable price. I love the unlimited storage space. I love the happy face logo. I love the availability of Smugs all over the country so I can meet up with photogs wherever I happen to be.

Most of all, though, I love the business philosophy of the people who run things. I feel like they care about their customers, they care about photography and visual media and showing it in an artistic way, they care about good user experience. When people ask why I use SmugMug, this is the first thing I tell them about and this is what intrigues them most about the prospect of becoming a customer.
